PM Jacinda Ardern leads New Zealand trade delegation to renew connection with Vietnam
New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern spoke at the event held on November 16 in Ho Chi Minh City to introduce typical New Zealand brands to Vietnamese customers

The trade delegation includes businesses operating in many sectors such as food and beverage, aviation, technology, service and sustainability. They collectively represent New Zealand’s commitment to sustainable growth and innovation in Vietnam and South-East Asia.

Some of New Zealand's brands are Landcorp - Pamu, Open Country Diary - Awarua, NIG Nutritionals, Humble Oats, All Green, Douglas Pharmaceuticals, Xtend Life - Zupa, Little Beauties, The NZ Honest Co - Little Dragon, Apollo - Apple Press Juice. These brands are associated with New Zealand's leading export products, particularly in the food and beverage (F&B) sector.

With the global campaign "Made With Care", NZTE hopes to expand the brand value of New Zealand's F&B and outstanding healthcare products with the goal of sustainable production and business, as well as providing the best to Vietnamese customers.

During the visit, the Prime Minister and business delegation have witnessed the signing of two Memoranda of Understanding (MOU). In the first, Waikato Milking Systems and TH Milk sign a MOU which sees the sale of Waikato Milking Systems’ agritech milking platforms to TH Milk. The value of the agreement is around (NZD) $7 million. The second MOU signing is between Tiki and NZTE. The agreement will support New Zealand companies to sell their products on Tiki (a prominent Vietnamese e-commerce platform) and gain access to Tiki’s millions of customers. NZTE will share knowledge and opportunities to enable Tiki and the New Zealand brands on the platform to grow. This will further support the promotion of New Zealand products and formally launch the New Zealand week on the platform, which will feature some of New Zealand’s most loved brands.A
