Chubb Life Vietnam Listed in “Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth” 2021
Chubb Life Vietnam has just been listed in the “Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth” 2021 and the “FAST500” (Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises) 2021.
The “Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth” 2021 is the ranking announced by Vietnam Report to recognize and honor Top 50 Enterprises achieving the best and most sustainable sales, as well as maintaining stable business efficiency during the 2014-2020 period.
To be listed in the “Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth,” businesses must be recognized four times in a row in the Vietnam’s “Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises”. Particularly, Chubb Life Vietnam is the only life insurance company listed in the “Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth” 2021.
In the list of the “Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises” 2021, Chubb Life Vietnam is ranked 94/500 and the second of the eight life insurance firms winning the award.
Accordingly, the “Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises” ranking is made based on the independent study and assessment conducted by Vietnam Report through such criteria as business efficiency and annual average growth rate in terms of revenue of the four recent years (calculated in accordance with the Compound Annual Growth Rate – CAGR). In addition, criteria such as total asset, total labor use, after-tax profit and corporate reputation featured in the mass media are also taken into account to evaluate the scope and influence of businesses on the market.
Last year, although having to face challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Chubb Life Vietnam still ensured its smooth business performances and maintained its impressive growth rate thanks to the strategy to apply digital platforms in all the company’s business activities.
According to the business performance report in 2020 announced by Chubb Life Vietnam, all the company’s business targets increased by two digits. Specifically, the total premiums were VND4,162 billion, up 18% from 2019; pretax profit was VND822 billion, up 45% year on year, thanks to strict management of operation costs, good products and effective investment activities.
The successful business efficiency in 2020 enables Chubb Life Vietnam to impress the market as a company that has earned profits for 12 consecutive years and one of the few firms that can earn profits right from the fifth year of operation.
